What are the shipping charges for domestic orders?
We offer free shipping on all orders across Pakistan above a certain value. For orders below that threshold, a standard shipping fee is applied at checkout.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days for major cities and 5 to 7 working days for other areas within Pakistan.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused, have all tags attached, and are accompanied by the original invoice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and various mobile wallet services.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email which you can use on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment.
